Trinity English Garden Gin - Autumn

This expression is the second release of the collaboration between Green Room and Michelin-Starred restaurant, Trinity, and it recently took Gold at the ISC 2023!

The gin is influenced by the autumnal forager’s basket. We have used fresh fig leaves (with their sharp, grassy, almost cucumber-like scent), floral blackcurrant leaves and vibrant Japanese rosehips. There are notes of crab apples that have been treated at Trinity to create a perfect taste of sweet over sour.

Our gin is best served and perfectly paired with Double Dutch Tonic and a slice of fresh apple.
