The third and boldest release yet of the English Garden expressions, a collaboration between Green Room and Michelin-Starred restaurant, Trinity.

We reproduced the smoky peat flavours – beloved the world over in Islay whisky – by gathering peat ourselves from the island itself in the Scottish Hebrides. Depth has been added with clementine leaf, a winter classic, Douglas Fir, pine, and heather, creating a full, well-balanced palate with fragrances redolent of winter.

Our Trinity English Garden Winter Gin is unique, warming, rich yet elegant and filled with flavour.

Our gin is best served neat over ice with spruce from your Christmas tree or slice of fresh orange.
